Hey There. I'm Sarah.

For nearly 20 years I practiced energy healing, somatic body-based work, and spiritually led modalities in private practice in Arcata, California. I worked with the emotional and energetic layers that live within the physical body.

In 2016, I discovered mindset coaching and went all in. I immersed myself in thought work, became certified, and mastered The Model.

For a time, it worked. My thinking became clearer and my results more intentional.

After some time I knew something important was missing: the depth I knew so well wanted to come back online and work with me in this new way.

Mindset alone was not enough. And spirituality without structure wasn’t either.

So I made a decisive shift.

I brought the energy work, somatic practices, and intuitive tools I had used for decades back online and integrated them with mindset coaching.

The result was immediate.

Within weeks, my life and work carried a depth and clarity I hadn’t experienced before.

Coaches began reaching out, asking,
