You agree to engage with the work at your own pace, honor your limits, and seek additional professional support if needed.

3. No Guarantees

While many participants experience meaningful insight, growth, and transformation, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Results vary based on individual readiness, participation, and personal circumstances.

4. Time-Based Container

All programs and certifications are offered as time-based containers, not results-based services.

By enrolling, you are committing to the time, access, structure, and support of the container for its full duration, regardless of participation level or outcome.

5. Payment & Commitment

By enrolling in a program or certification, you agree to the full financial commitment associated with that offering.

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all payments according to the agreed schedule, regardless of participation, attendance, or completion.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, teachings, recordings, written content, frameworks, and processes shared within programs or on this website are the intellectual property of Sarah Trapkus / Waxing Visions LLC.

These materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, shared, or reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Group spaces and live calls may involve personal sharing. You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not share personal information disclosed within programs.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation if a participant’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unethical, or misaligned with the integrity of the container.

In such cases, access may be revoked without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree that Sarah Trapkus / Waxing Visions LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in programs or use of materials.
