By completing your purchase, you (“Participant,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the following terms and conditions with Waxing Visions LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) for enrollment in the Emotional Alchemy Certification Program (“Program”).
1. Nature of the Program
The Program is an educational and experiential professional training designed to teach embodied emotional healing skills to coaches.
It includes:
The Program is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or psychological services.
No specific results, income outcomes, client results, or personal transformation outcomes are guaranteed.
2. Enrollment & Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to Program materials and live sessions according to the published timeline.
Access is granted for your personal use only.
You may not:

Share login credentials
-
Distribute course materials
-
Share recordings
-
Provide Program materials to non-participants
-
Reproduce or sell any portion of the content
Violation of this section may result in immediate removal without refund.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are due as agreed at checkout.
If enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of:

-
Removal
-
Completion status
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital and live nature of the Program, no refunds are issued once purchase is completed.
Refunds will only be issued if the Company fails to deliver the Program as described (including cancellation of sessions without reasonable rescheduling or failure to provide promised materials).
Participant dissatisfaction, personal circumstances, or inability to attend do not qualify for refunds.
5. Participant Commitments & Program Expectations
By enrolling, you agree to uphold the integrity of the training environment.
You agree to:

Arrive on time to live sessions.

Participate with video on during live sessions unless prior communication has been made regarding extenuating circumstances.

Watch or listen to weekly teaching materials before attending practice calls.

Come prepared to engage in assigned practices.
-
Seek coaching support directly from Sarah or designated instructors when needed.
-
Communicate proactively about attendance concerns.
-
Engage with emotional maturity, responsibility, and professional respect.
Extenuating circumstances (illness, death, emergency, accident) will be honored with compassion. Communication is required.
6. Required Attendance
Tuesday Practice Calls (held three times per month) are mandatory for certification.
These sessions are essential for skill development and supervised practicum.
Please do not enroll if you cannot consistently attend these sessions.
Missing more than two sessions during the six-month Program requires prior conversation and approval.
Emergencies will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible.
7. Community Conduct & Integrity of the Container
This Program is a professional certification training.
Unacceptable behaviors include:

Repeated attendance with video off without prior communication.

Consistent unpreparedness without extenuating circumstances.
-
Sharing participant stories or personal information outside the Program.
-
Gossiping about cohort members.
-
Publicly expressing dissatisfaction without first addressing concerns directly with Sarah.
-
Hostile, disruptive, dismissive, or destabilizing behavior.
-
Misrepresenting certification status or scope.
-
Creating competing certification programs using this material.
If concerning behavior arises:

The behavior will be documented and communicated in writing.
-
A direct conversation will occur to assess context and provide support.
-
Continued behavior may result in removal from the Program.
-
Removal under this section does not qualify for a refund.
Certification may be revoked if unethical or harmful conduct occurs during or after the Program.
8. Certification Requirements
Certification is granted upon successful completion of all Program requirements as determined by the Company.
Completion requires:
Certification does not grant licensure or authorization to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Participants are responsible for practicing within their professional scope and jurisdictional regulations.
9. Emotional Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that this Program involves embodied and emotional exploration that may surface personal material.
You agree to take full responsibility for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
If you require therapy, medical support, or psychological care, you agree to seek licensed professional assistance.
The Company is not liable for psychological outcomes resulting from participation.
10. Intellectual Property
All Program materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Sarah Trapkus and Waxing Visions LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials:
You may not:

Teach this material as your own certification

Republish the framework
-
Create derivative training programs
-
Use branding, trademarks, or process names without written permission
11. Recording & Media Consent
Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes.
By participating, you consent to being recorded.
If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you must notify the Company in writing.
Recordings remain Company property and may not be downloaded, distributed, or reused.
12. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:
Confidentiality survives termination of this Agreement.
13. Non-Disparagement
Participants agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the Program or Company.
Concerns must be brought directly to Sarah for resolution before any public commentary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
16. Acknowledgment
By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
