I'm Sarah.

For a very long time I believed I needed to be consistent, and I had no idea what this even meant. I found out it meant I didn't trust my creative power and who I was meant to be when I moved with it.

When I stopped trying to be consistent is when I started to magnetize more clients and make more money. I felt more energized and alive in my business.

What it came down to was this: I shifted who I was being and applied it to the six foundations every coach needs. The confusion stopped, the momentum stuck and I gained a deep trust in my path.
