When Bad Things Happen
Welcome to Episode 5.
Often, when we're experiencing something difficult, hard or bad, we move into a mindset of black and white or "all or nothing" thinking.
Today I want to show you how black and white thinking creates separation in ourselves FIRST and this is why we see separation in the world. This is "bad".
But it isn't the "thing out there" that's "bad" - it's the thinking that we unconsciously move into that creates how we feel. And how we feel when we are in this mindset is separate.
I'll explain what our subconscious mind does when we think this way and what it creates for us. I'll give you some questions to ask yourself to shift out of the "all or nothing" mindset and open up to unlimited possibility. I'll explain how allowing your emotions helps with releasing this mindset.
