3 Stages of Emotional Awareness

I LOVE that I get to share this with you.

I developed these stages so that I could better explain and teach how emotions work in our conscious and subconscious mind.

In this episode I'm going to share about where I'm at in my business and the growth that's coming.  Including launching my certification program (again) at the end of this year where I'm going to be teaching coaches this process, this modality, in working with emotions at the subconscious level.

  • What the relationship is to the awareness in each stage and how this shows up
  • How to move from the conscious to the subconscious mind while following these stages
  • Why moving into the 3rd stage - which many coaches don't know how to do - is where you get tot he root of the emotion, heal and transform it and RECEIVE THE NEW THOUGHT.
