Shadow Emotions

I teach coaches how to move deeper into their bodies and understand what their emotions are wanting to express.

This is where divine wisdom + infinite intelligence lives.

It’s EVERYTHING.

And so many of us are still confused about what it is we’re actually feeling because we’re naming emotions based on how we think we’re going to feel, not how we actually feel.

These “feeling ahead of time” sensations I call Shadow Emotions.

And what’s fascinating is that these emotions are in place to protect you from the real experience of the true emotion that indicates you’re threatened.

I understand first hand what it feels like to experience emotion ahead of time - and NOT feel the true emotion in the moment.

I talk about the theory that expresses how your body doesn’t know the difference between an imagined and an actual experience.

I know this theory viscerally. 

AND, as coaches, we’re here to consistently build awareness in ourselves and for our clients. When we do, we’re able to tease apart this theory and give our bodies the opportunity to decipher the difference between an imagined and an actual experience.
