An Announcement

I thought I was going to record a podcast on Rest - and decided to show you what rest looks like instead.

I'm taking a 3 week adventure to my place of origin.  I'll be going deep and allowing for some big shifts to happen. I will be working with my amazing clients - and I've decided to do something different on the podcast while I'm away. 

This is me being the example by living and learning out loud. 

I'm going through a MASSIVE up level right now.  And for me REST means space. A Pause. 

And I want to take you along with me by offering a pause here too. 

Over the next few weeks I'll be sharing a new powerful audio journey on the podcast + integration questions in the show notes.
