Positive Energy

Welcome to Episode 63.

I've been having a powerful experience deepening into my own Energy and noticing how it's different than the energy of emotions.

On this episode today I'm sharing what I'm finding about our True Essence and how no matter what our circumstances, our thinking, how we feel, what we do and create - THIS ENERGY OF YOU IS UNCHANGING.

So many of us experience a shift in our emotions (energy in motion) when we shift our thinking. This is an amazing skill - to formulate the mindset that creates the energy you want to have - because of what you want to do and create. .

AND this layer of energy created by mindset isn't who you are. It's a persona. A suit you wear. The face to put forward to the world. 

You may identify with this Persona and it may work for you ... 

But it ISN'T YOU. 

Before thought and emotion, before this human process we identify as "Us", there is who we Truly Are. The constant golden thread of Youness that is always present. This is your Divine Essence.  This energy is always positive, blissful + infinite. 

No mindset needed. 

Are you allowing this energy of You to be more fully expressed? Or are you stacking energy over it with your positive thinking habits?
