By checking this box and completing my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Acknowledgement of Participation:
   I understand that the event may include sound therapy, energy work, meditation, breathwork, and other healing or wellness practices. I acknowledge that these activities are voluntary, and I am responsible for my own well-being and participation.

2. Health and Safety:
   I affirm that I am in good physical and emotional health to participate in this event. I understand that the facilitators are not medical professionals, and this event is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. I will seek appropriate professional support if needed.

3. Assumption of Risk:
   I understand that participation in any wellness or healing practice involves some level of risk, including but not limited to physical or emotional discomfort. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages—known or unknown—that may arise from my participation.

4. Release of Liability:
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and hold harmless Sarah Trapkus, Greg Murphy, their team, the Healing Sanctuary, event facilitators, volunteers, contractors, and property owners from any and all claims, demands, damages, expenses, or liabilities resulting from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This release applies to any personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage I may incur.

5. California Law Compliance:
   I understand that this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any legal disputes shall be resolved in California courts. I acknowledge that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by California law.

6. Non-Refundable Policy:
   I acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.
