Service Agreement & Release of Liability

By attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Experience

I understand that this event includes a guided subconscious journey, sound healing, and energy work. These experiences are designed for personal insight, emotional integration, and nervous system support—but are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Voluntary Participation

I am participating voluntarily and understand I may experience emotional, energetic, or physical sensations. I take full responsibility for my own well-being before, during, and after the event. I understand I may pause or opt out at any time.

3. Not a Medical or Therapeutic Treatment

I acknowledge that Sarah Trapkus and Greg Murphy are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. I understand this offering is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition.

4. Confidentiality & Respect

I agree to honor the confidentiality of other participants and respect the sacredness of the space. I understand that all shares, experiences, and expressions are to be held with compassion and non-judgment.

5. Use of Hammocks / Physical Comfort

If I choose to use an aerial hammock, I do so at my own discretion. I will listen to my body and honor any limitations. I release the facilitators from any liability for discomfort, physical strain, or injury resulting from use of the equipment or space.

6. Release of Liability

By participating in this event, I fully release and hold harmless Sarah Trapkus, Greg Murphy, and the event venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from my participation. This includes (but is not limited to) physical injury, emotional discomfort, or unforeseen outcomes.

7. Consent to Participate

I affirm that I am of sound mind, over the age of 18, and legally capable of providing consent. I have read this agreement in full and understand its contents. By checking the box or signing below, I agree to all terms outlined above.

Sarah will guide you into the deeper layers of your subconscious and energy field where you uncover your standards and set your frequency to match these. You see who you are and the evolution you truly desire for yourself when this is set within Sacred Union.

This is where clarity forms and truth becomes embodied.

🜁 Immersive Sound Healing with Greg Murphy

Greg will create a live soundscape tuned to coherence, intimacy and union. The sound supports nervous system regulation, heart opening and the integration of what you are calling in so your body can relax into alignment.

🜄 A Sanctuary for Embodied Union
Our Healing Sanctuary is a grounded, intimate space designed for safety, depth, and presence.

Aerial hammocks are available (first come) for those who wish to be held and supported during the journey.

There will be time to rest, journal, and integrate after the experience.

📍 Location: McKinleyville, CA. Exact location sent upon registration.

⏰ Date + Time: Friday February 13th. Doors open at 6:15 PM and we begin promptly at 6:30. Plan to stay for at least 2.5 hours.

💫 What to bring: A journal, water bottle, and anything you need to feel supported and comfortable lying down (yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow, etc.), We also have aerial silk hammocks for your use.
